• Transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited.

3 Age Verification

Bad333 may request age verification documents at any time. Failure to provide them will result in a temporary account suspension and all transactions being placed on hold.

• Minimum Bet: The minimum stake per bet is ৳10.

• Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.

• Using betting software, bots, or automated tools
• Participating in match fixing or result manipulation
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to bad333's systems
• Harassing or defrauding other users
• Bonus abuse or bonus farming
• Accessing the platform from restricted regions via VPN or proxy

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Bad333 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts under the following circumstances:

• Violation of Terms
• Failure to verify identity
• If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected
• Prolonged account inactivity (over 12 months)
• By order of a court or law enforcement authority

Users may request account closure at any time. Before the account is closed, all valid balances will be available for withdrawal.

9 Limitation of Liability
